Simon Heath is the Principal of Heath Law, located in the historic Village of Streetsville in Mississauga, Ontario. For over 25 years, Simon has focused exclusively on employment law, human rights law, and labour relations—representing both employees and employers across Ontario.

Simon provides practical, cost-effective advice that gets results. Whether you're an employee facing a difficult termination or an employer navigating complex HR issues, Simon takes the time to understand your situation and develop a strategy tailored to your goals.

With extensive experience at all levels of court and administrative tribunals, Simon has successfully represented clients in hundreds of matters—from negotiating enhanced severance packages to defending against wrongful dismissal claims to appearing before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Matthew is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario who enjoys assisting Heath Law's clients as they navigate through major employment transitions.

Often one of the first points of contact for Heath Law, Matthew is always eager to assist you in whatever way he can. Whether it is by addressing quick questions, scheduling more comprehensive consultations with Simon, or corresponding on your behalf, he is happy to use his 8 years of experience in the legal field for your benefit.

When Matthew is not assisting Simon, he can often be found engaging in one of his various hobbies which include public speaking, vocal training, volleyball, and, more recently, training for his first Triathlon.
