  October 14, 2011

Successfully defended a large retail truck dealership in an action for constructive dismissal in McMillan v. Seletrucks of Toronto Inc., (2011) ONSC 6128 (CanLII).  A link to the ruling can be found here.

  • Routinely represent clients at the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ministry of Labour – Employment Standards Branch

  • Presented two (2) speeches at the 2011 Human Resources Professionals Annual (“HRPA”) Trade Show and Conference
